About Us
Our vision
We believe in providing visionary ideas that drive exceptional outcomes for our clients. We do this through empathetic engagement of leaders who believe that sustained success comes from the growth of their employees, their communities and the clients they are dedicated to serve.
“The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say thank you. In between, the leader is a servant” Max DePree
Experience Counts
Through decades of experience our clients come to understand the value of an engagement with the Patten Consulting Group. Over the past 43 years, this experience was taken from C-Level positions in a variety of industries. From broadcasting, construction, experiential marketing and telecommunications, PCG provides the foundation for measurable outcomes that have come from real life experience.
“The only source of knowledge is experience” – Albert Einstein
Listening
The art of listening is core to the relationship that PCG brings to the table. We first endeavor to listen so that we may understand. It is only after this engagement of listening and understanding that we can then respond to the needs of our clients.
“Most people do not listen with the intent of understanding, they listen with the intent to reply” – Steven Covey
Exceptional Outcomes
At Patten Consulting Group, we have a clear mission: Deliver measurable, sustainable and exceptional outcomes that result in the growth of the company and the people within it. To understand that for any outcome to be exceptional, it must be sustainable, innovative and flexible to meet the challenges of any future business disruption.
“When you’re finished changing, you’re finished” – Benjamin Franklin
